Commercial works are one of the many services we provide within our company, this includes a wide range of projects from fire protection on structural steel work to high performance coatings applied within brewers, processing plants and various other facilities. Some of the projects we have participated in are:

• Specialist anti-skid surfaces (vehicular and foot traffic)

Industrial works consists of two sections these are; initial preparation and the protective coatings system.  Both sections vary in respect to the project location and environment. Projects must be analysed to look at all aspects of potential hazards and assess where the project is situated. All these factors such as the elements, environment and situation of the project are all taking into consideration when choosing the correct system, for example choosing the correct coating system for the correct project in hand.

The Marine sector is one of our valued and specialised areas of high performance protective coatings where the location and environment are critical to the project. Coupled with our experienced and certified employees working within some of these highly sensitive areas on board commercial ships, thus providing a guaranteed and reliable service for the client. The agricultural sector provides many challenges in relation to extreme weather protection and secure crop storage.  Our customers consist of varied sites from privately owned farms to country estates.  The aim of Border Coatings is to to extend the life expectancy of any project we undertake within the agricultural industry.  Some examples;

We have recently trained and certified employees to become established as an approved applicator of Kolourseal, an application that specialises in roof renovation.  Kolourseal is an advanced micro polymer system which will not only reseal your porous roof tiles but will also improve the appearance of your old roof and add value to your property. We work closely with private home owners, property developers and housing associations.
