The EDWARDS name has been associated with surface preparation and painting for over
30 years.
The company was first established in 1980 as the ‘Tait & Edwards’ partnership. Tait
and Edwards carried out commercial and decorative painting works and quickly evolved
into a successful, private, family owned business evolving into the present company,
Border Coatings in 1988.
Peter Edwards and fellow employees have been awarded high profile painting contracts
and have competed against some of the UK’s largest painting firms.
Border Coatings are a UK based privately owned company with the expertise in industrial
painting, shot/grit blasting and specialist coatings.
The Director, Management and majority of personnel have remained with the company
throughout their careers, enabling our clients to call on their vast knowledge and
experience in the painting industry.
